Due to the growing number of projects, we are looking for a Zoho CRM analyst who will participate in implementations, customizations and CRM optimization for customers.
Main responsibilities
- Collection and analysis of customer business requirements.
- Building sales and support process logic.
- Configuring Zoho modules CRM:
- fields, layouts, funnels, access rights, workflow;
- Blueprints, validation rules, assignment rules.
- Creation of reports and dashboards in Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics.
- Preparation of technical tasks for integration developers (API, Deluge).
- Participation in the development of automations (webhooks, Flow, Deluge) functions).
- Testing of finished solutions before handing over to the customer.
- Communication with clients, consultations and support.
Requirements
- Experience of working withZoho CRM from 1 year.
- Understanding sales logic (B2B/B2C).
- Experience setting up modules, fields, processes, workflow.
- Basic understanding of Deluge or willingness to learn quickly.
- Experience building reports and analytics.
- Ability to formulate requirements and describe processes (BPMN, flowcharts).
- Attention to details and systems thinking.
Will be a plus
- Experience with Zoho Books, Inventory, Creator, Subscriptions.
- Working with API, webhooks, integrations (WooCommerce, Telegram, WayforPay, etc.).
- Experience in consulting or customer support.
- Understanding SQL or Google Sheets formulas.
