1+1 media invites a YouTube publisher to strengthen the team and create more socially important and outstanding projects.

We are for you if you:

• You have experience working with YouTube channels (from 1 year will be an advantage);
• You understand the YouTube algorithm, CTR, SEO, and analytics;
• Able to write interesting descriptions and catchy headlines;
• Have basic knowledge of Photoshop;
• Have experience working with television, series or shows (will be an advantage);
• Understand the principles of A/B testing and optimization of views;
• Have skills copywriting;
• Responsible, organized, creative.

Together with the team, you will deal with:

• Full content optimization: titles, descriptions, tags, SEO keys, timing of advertising pauses;
• Working with the YouTube community: creating posts, polls, interactives, supporting audience activity;
• Creating covers yourself in Photoshop or preparing TK for a designer (covers, banners) - in terms of YouTube trends;
• Controlling uploading of videos, playlists, descriptions, end screens and cards.
