Main tasks:

• Development and implementation of a strategy for the development of the employer brand, including analysis of target audiences, study of competitors, identification of unique advantages of the employer in order to attract and retain talent.
• Development communication strategy and implementation of the approved content plan. Creating content to strengthen the employer brand. Cooperation with the team of the Department of Communications to create a positive image of the company for external and internal target audiences.
• Development and implementation of the employer's EVP. Creation of brand development programs and projects.
• Preparation of analytical reports for management on the effectiveness of employer brand development programs.
• Annual employee engagement surveys, analysis of results and organizing the development of an action plan to increase engagement personnel.
• Development and organization of the "Energy Hub" internship program for young professionals without work experience. Support and expansion of cooperation with educational institutions, organization of practical training of students and coordination of dual education.
• Development of employee experience (Employee Experience) through external and internal communications supporting the employer brand.
• Development and implementation of activities and projects in the field of personnel management aimed at developing and strengthening the culture of equal opportunities.

Our expectations:

• Higher education in marketing, HR or related fields.
• Experience in employer brand development, HR or marketing with a focus on attracting and retaining talent.
• Developed business communication skills, establishing productive cooperation with the company's divisions and its partners.
• Experience in working with large volumes of data to form strategies and make effective management decisions.
• The ability to create and implement new ideas and solutions for the formation and maintenance of a positive and stable image of the employer. 
• Вmastery of Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Power Point functions.
• Proficiency in Englishnot below the Intermediate level.
