Basic functional duties:

1. Organization of the production process:

• Ensuring the execution of production plans within the established deadlines.
• Control over compliance with the technological process at all stages of production.
• Distribution of tasks among shop employees in accordance with production needs.

2. Product quality control:

• Ensuring product compliance with quality standards and regulatory documents.
• Identifying and eliminating the causes of defects and product quality reduction.

3. Ensuring labor discipline:

• Control over compliance with the rules of internal procedures, safety techniques, sanitary and hygienic norms.
• Keeping records of working hours of employees, control over the presence and efficiency of work.

4. Interaction with other departments:

• Cooperation with the supply department in providing raw materials and materials.
• Transfer of finished products to the warehouse or to the sales department.

5. Personnel management

6. Documentation maintenance (compilation of reports, log keeping)

7. Control over the technical condition of the equipment:

Requirements for the candidate:

• Vocational technical or higher education in the specialty of food technology.
• Work experience in production (preferably in a managerial position).
• Knowledge of technological processes, quality standards, sanitation requirements.
• Experience with 1C, BAS, Excel programs

Personal qualities:

• Responsibility, attentiveness, organization, leadership skills, ability to make quick decisions.
