POSM Design and Production Manager in BeerMarket

Beer Market is a large-scale chain of stores that unites more than 250 retail outlets throughout Ukraine. We continue to actively develop and are looking for a POSM design and production manager to join the team, who will help make our stores even more visible, recognizable and convenient for customers.

Main duties:

• Development or finalization of POSM materials designs (wobblers, price tags, posters, stickers etc.);
• preparation of layouts for printing, launch into production, quality control of finished products;
• formation and accounting of the needs of retail outlets in POSM-materials, keeping balances in the warehouse;
• packaging and sending materials by Nova Poshta;
• communication with printers, designers and sales managers.

What is important for this roles:

• promotional or BTL/marketing experience would be an advantage, but we also consider candidates with minimal experience and a strong desire to learn;
• basic understanding of printing and layout preparation processes;
• knowledge or willingness to learn Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW, etc.;
• responsibility, attention to detail, ability to work in a multitasking.
