Main functional duties:

1. Organization of the production process:

o Ensuring the execution of production plans within the established deadlines.

o Control over compliance with the technological process at all stages of production.

o Distribution of tasks among shop employees in accordance with production needs.

2. Product quality control:

o Ensuring product compliance with quality standards and regulatory documents.

o Identifying and eliminating the causes of defects and product quality reduction.

3. Ensuring labor discipline:

o Control over compliance with internal regulations, safety techniques, sanitary and hygienic standards.

o Keeping records of employees' working hours, control over attendance and work efficiency.

4. Interaction with other divisions:

o Cooperation with the supply department on the provision of raw materials and materials.

o Transfer of finished products to the warehouse or to the sales department.

6. Documentation maintenance (compilation of reports, log keeping)

7. Control over the technical condition of the equipment:

Requirements for the candidate:

• Professional-technical or higher education in the specialty of food technology.
• Experience in production (preferably in a managerial position).
• Knowledge of technological processes, quality standards, requirements sanitation.
• Experience of working with 1C, BAS, Excel programs

Personal qualities:

• Responsibility, attentiveness, organization, leadership skills, ability to make quick decisions.
