What you need to do:
Manage territorial managers in the region;
Control the operational status of the region's stores;
Manage trade and non-trade processes in the stores of the region;
Execute the sales plan, take measures to increase it;
Analyze the performance indicators of the stores;
Improve the standards of the network (showcase design, customer service, maintaining cash discipline, checklists, work schedule rules, etc.); staff;
Train staff.

How we see our ideal candidate:
With 3 years of experience as a manager of a region / group of stores in food retail (preferably);
With knowledge of the operating model of a retail network;
With knowledge of the operational processes of store management;
With knowledge of the criteria for evaluating the performance of a retail network and their features calculation;
With knowledge of the assortment of grocery retail, gastronomy and meat will be an advantage;
With knowledge of the legislative framework for retail trade. Sanitary standards, cash discipline, safety rules;
With knowledge of the 1C program;
With a higher education (preferred);
With own car.
