Our employee in this position:

• Responsible for the development and control of compliance with recipes and parameters of reagents, in particular: NaOH, coagulants, water
• Responsible for managing the technological process at all stages: degumming, neutralization, scum, pre-scum, filtration
• Responsible for quality control of incoming raw materials and finished products in accordance with laboratory parameters
• Responsible for optimizing costs of reagents, electricity, heat and minimizing technological losses
• Responsible for coordinating the work of operational personnel, training, technical training
• Responsible for cooperation with related departments: production, laboratory, accounting, warehouse, regarding the integration of processes
• Responsible for participation in technical modernization of equipment and implementation of changes to the technological scheme
• Responsible for ensuring compliance of the process with sanitary and environmental standards

We invite you to an interview if you have:

• Knowledge of technological processes of neutralization, degumming, settling and filtration
• Experience in calculating the dosage of reagents: NaOH, coagulant, water
• Ability to interpret laboratory indicators: FFA, moisture, phosphorus, sulfur
• Work with technological documentation and diagrams: PFD, P&ID
• Knowledge of the requirements of HACCP standards, DSTU and EU technical regulations
• Analytical thinking
• Attention to details
• Team interaction skills with engineering and technical staff and the laboratory
• Experience in training staff and transferring technical of knowledge
• Responsibility for the final quality of the product
• Proficiency in accounting systems: SAP, 1C, Microsoft Office 365 at the level of a confident user
