Manager of procurement and foreign trade in Elopak-Fastiv PJSC

Production international company "Elopak-Fastiv" PJSC is looking for a Manager of procurement and food processing to join the team.

Elopak is a leading global supplier of cardboard packaging for liquid food products (juice, dairy products). The main office is located in Norway, and the factories, customers and partners are located in the harsh countries of the world. Elopak strives to keep packaging intact and the world intact.

Our expectations:

• Higher education
• Preferably 3 years of work experience as a ZED manager
• English is colloquial
• Ability to work in SAP, Office programs
• Knowledge of legislation within the framework of one's functional duties

Obov'ties:

• Management of foreign economic contracts.
• Organization of purchases and deliveries from abroad.

• Management of the logistics chain: selection of carriers, optimization of routes, control of cost and delivery terms.

• Customs clearance and documentary support.
• Management of financial settlements.

• Control of payment under contracts, advances and financial guarantees.
• Working with letters of credit, collection, bank documents.
• Analysis of the cost of imports, formation of budgets, control of the cost of purchases.

• Marketing and analytical work

• Research of international markets, monitoring of competitors, price trends, risks.
• Calculation of economic efficiency of transactions.

• Coordination of internal divisions.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Knowledge of international trade rules (Incoterms, UCP, IMO, etc.).
• Compliance with sanction regimes, export control, customs requirements.
• Audit support and preparation of necessary documents.
