We are currently looking for VIP Success Manager to join our team and support VIP players by building long-term, trust-based relationships.

What you will do:

  • Provide dedicated support to VIP clients via Live Chat and email;
  • Ensure priority service for VIP clients with minimal waiting time;
  • Respond to inquiries regarding games, bonuses, promotions, payments, and technical issues;
  • Handle complaints and conflict situations with maximum diplomacy and professionalism;
  • Consult clients on promotion rules and conditions, tournaments, and loyalty programs;
  • Grant personalized bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers.

What you will need for this:

  • At least 1 year of experience working with clients as a VIP Success Manager / VIP Support Manager in the iGaming industry;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level (B2 or higher);
  • Knowledge of deposit methods: cards, e-wallets (Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter), cryptocurrencies, and bank transfers;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships with VIP clients and provide personalized service;
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or Intercom.
