You definitely fit us, if you:

• have at least 2 years of experience as a UX/UI designer;
• confidently work in Figma, in particular, you know Auto Layout, Components and Variants tools (required);
• know Microsoft products (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word) and know how to work effectively with them;
• have experience in designing interfaces of CRM systems, mobile or web applications;
• created or supported design systems and understand how to scale them;
• understandthe fundamentals of UXresearch and know how to apply their results to improve design;
• have skills for adapting layouts to different devices (desktop, tablet, mobile);
• have a portfolio with at least two works (mobile or web applications);
• able to analyze data and conduct testing to improve user experience;
• have experience in team interaction with developers, product managers and other specialists;
