Job description:

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, empathetic and proactive person for the position of HR manager who will become a reliable support in the implementation of the company's HR processes. The position involves professional administration of personnel documentation, personnel selection, adaptation of new employees, organization of training and development, as well as support of corporate culture and employee involvement. The specialist will play a key role in shaping the positive experience of employees and the development of the HR function in accordance with the company's strategic goals. employee registration.

Requirements to the candidate:

• Experience in the position of HR Generalist / HR Manager at least 5 years.
• Availability of real successful cases and achievements in the field of HR.
• Recommendations from previous places of work (mandatory).
• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and military accounting rules.
• Practical experience in recruitment of staff.
• Possessing a PC (MS Office), 1C or SAP or BAS KUP, as well as HRM system will be an advantage.
• Communication, organization, ability to work independently.
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, knowledge of English or German will be an advantage.
