 Main tasks:

• Technical customer support, user consultations (incoming calls, chat, mail);
• Technical solutions issues arising during the installation and use of the software; 
• Analysis and systematization of client requests, formulation of proposals for developers to improve software quality;
• Update of knowledge base, preparation of training materials.

 Professional and personal competencies:

• Confident PC user (Windows);
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes in the process work;
• Communicativeness;
• Focus on results, responsibility and initiative;
• Work experience is not mandatory (we teach);
