Technical support specialist, customer service manager, call center operator in LocalNet

Company LocalNet (Internet provider) is a leader in telecommunications services in the Obolon district. Our team consists of professionals who love their work and are ready to help every client. Our team needs an employee to work in the technical support department of the company's subscribers. Work exclusively in the company office (there are no remote options).

Requirements:

• fluent command of the Ukrainian language;
• ability to present information competently and succinctly both in writing and orally;
• knowledge of PC at the level of an experienced user;
• communication, punctuality, attentiveness;
• experience in a similar field and knowledge of network technologies will be a plus.
• willingness and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• consulting subscribers by telephone and online chat;
• processing applications from subscribers;
• monitoring the operation (condition) of the network/equipment in the monitoring system;
• notification and transfer of information to specialized units;
• control of the status of delegated tasks.

Working conditions:

• office 20 minutes from Minsk, on the picturesque Obolonskaya embankment;
• flexible shift work schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m. — 20:00, 13:00 — 22:00. If you are a student, ready to consider an individual schedule.
• 22-23 work shifts per month and a "floating" day off during the week;
• paid lunch break: 1 hour;
• official employment and full-time employment;
• pay for sick and vacation;
• tea/coffee and sweets on account company;

• salary based on the results of the interview (from UAH 24,000) + additional bonuses
