Required professional experience:

< li> General work experience - from 5 years in technical support of a large production holding
• Experience with Microsoft, Cisco technologies

Position functions:

• Technical support of computer and org. correction techniques;
• Ensuring reliable functioning of IT systems;
• Connection, configuration of workstations based on Windows and Apple OS;
• Ensuring the performance of peripheral equipment, calling a master, ensuring warranty repair;
• Equipment accounting in a specialized system;
• "remote hands" for specialized units for video-conferencing equipment, network equipment, SCS
• Preparation for operation and issuing new equipment to users;
• Reporting for completed tasks in time tracking

Professional competencies:

• Knowledge of PC hardware, knowledge peripherals and office equipment;
• High communication skills;
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting in hardware, software;
• Deep knowledge of operating systems of the Windows family;
• Accounting in the operational and accounting system;
• Knowledge of building principles based on TCP/IP protocols;
• Knowledge of the working principles of client-server applications in the Microsoft domain environment;

Special skills:

• Experience of working in large companies with a fleet of PCs from 1500
• Work with Service Manager System Center, Active Directory, IBM Tivoli
• Working with remote access tools
• Communicating with clients, processing first line support requests, working in HelpDesk with inexperienced users for more than 2 years
• Experience with virtualization;
• Experience with cloud solutions;
• Experience with Apple technology.
• Experience in technical support of TOP management.
