User support specialist in SPECAVTOINVEST, TOV

SPETSAVTOINVEST company, one of the largest in the region, engaged in the production of asphalt concrete, bituminous emulsion and providing cargo transportation services, invites a User Support Specialist to its team.

Requirements:

• basic knowledge of the principles of building information systems and methods of their application in production;
• work experience from 1 year;
• higher technical or economic education;

Responsibilities:

• analysis of the customer's business needs and definition of the goals of the automation project;
• participation in the preparation of project documentation;
• implementation of standard and adapted configurations based on 1C: Enterprise and BAS software ERP;
• providing consulting support for clients when working with 1C:Enterprise and BAS ERP software;
• conducting training for users of 1C:Enterprise and BAS ERP software;
• description of customer requirements in the form of a technical task for the programmer;
• development of methodologies and instructions for using 1C:Enterprise and BAS software ERP.
