Operational launch manager of partners and franchisees in Nova poshta

What needs to be done:

• launch of new international partners and franchisees;
• coordination and implementation of IT integrations (API, EDI, webhook, middleware);
• construction of business processes, development of flowcharts and creation of process documentation;
• management of product and technical tasks in Jira;
• preparation of presentations, technical specifications, user flow and integration guides;
• collaboration with product, development, operations and finance teams for a successful country or partner launch;
• data-driven process analysis and optimization.

We expect from you:

• fluent English;
• ability to describe business requirements (BRD), technical requirements (SRS) and specifications;
• understanding of integration protocols: REST API, JSON, XML;
• deep knowledge of Jira, Confluence, ClickUp or similar systems;
• experience of international launches of partners or products (logistics / delivery / SaaS will be an advantage);
• experience with Postman, Swagger / OpenAPI, Integration Hub, or other iPaaS solutions;
• ability to work with logistics systems (WMS, OMS, Shipping API);
• understanding of CI/CD, release management processes, environment management and testing;
• work with Notion, Miro, FigJam for process design and user experience (UX flows);
• comfortable work with SQL at the level of joins, aggregation, basic troubleshooting;
• skills in building analytical dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio);
• proactivity, ambition and desire to create new products within the framework of launching new or already launched countries.
