Join SkyUp in the role of User Acquisition specialist (PPC).

In this role, you will:

• Run different types of campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads, in different geographic markets and for different businesses (SkyUp and Join UP!).
• Go to the planned figures for sales, conversion, ROAS.
• Analyze and present the results, make conclusions, hypothesize to improve results.
• Test multiple hypotheses quickly.
• Collaborate with designers to create ad creatives and with analytics to track results.

We expect you to:

• Availability of a full higher education.
• 2 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably ecommerce B2C) in a similar position or in the role of PPC Specialist, Media Buyer.
• Practical experience in working with Meta Ads, Google Ads.
• Experience in configuring GA4, GTM, Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, UTM tracking.
• Formation of reporting in Looker Studio.
• A/B testing (creatives, audience, landings) with the help of Meta Experiments, Google Ads Drafts & Experiments.
• Advanced level of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with indicators such as ROAS for different platforms.
• Launch and optimization of campaigns in several channels at the same time.
• Experience of working with large budgets.
• Fluent Ukrainian and English at the level of Intermediate and above.
• High level of self-organization, result-oriented, attention to details, analytical thinking, test speedforming hypotheses, responsibility in working with budgets and CRI.
