User Acquisition Manager - Storyby in SKELAR

Storyby is an entertainment tech company that turns original ideas into stories in novels, vertical films and immersive audio books. 10+ million people in the world read, watch and listen to our content.

There are three products in the Storyby ecosystem:

• DramaShorts — a streaming vertical movie with 1 million fans every month (own production in Europe and the USA).

• AlphaNovel — a platform of novels and immersive audiobooks from a library of 20,000+ works.

• StorybyWriter is a publishing platform for 25,000+ authors; we screen the strongest stories for DramaShorts.

We support Ukrainian cinema: our films with Ukrainian actors and Ukrainian production.

We are currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our team.

What challenges await:

— Creation, management and optimization of advertising campaigns in Meta Ads; 
— Monitor and track key performance indicators including budget pace, ARRPU, CAC, ROAS and ROI; 
— Further development, multiple scaling of the channel and launch of new sources.

What is important to us:

— Experience with Meta Ads from 1 year;

— Approach to decision-making based on data. Strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze large amounts of information and draw conclusions from it;

— Experience with budgets of $100k+/month;

— Creativity and the ability to generate new ideas and hypotheses with high quality.

It will be a plus:

— Experience with advertising platforms TikTok Ads, AppLovin, Meta Ads, Mintegral;

— Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tableau, Airtable;

— English at B2 level.
