UI/UX Designer in Trinetix

Requirements: 
- At least 2 years of experience with design software and wireframe tools. The candidate will need to submit a portfolio of professional design projects that include work with web/mobile applications; 
- Demonstrated experience in designing usable web-based interfaces for complex internal systems; 
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices;
- Outstanding design skills in visual and interaction design, interactive prototyping, understanding of digital accessibility; 
- A well-developed eye for detail; 
- Experience in collaboration with design and developer teams; 
- At least Upper- Intermediate level of English.

Will be a plus: 
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles will;
- Experience in conducting user testing sessions.

Responsibilities: 
- Work closely with project leads to conduct user research and analyze business requirements;
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods; 
- Design user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing, functional, consistent with the brand identity and meet accessibility guidelines;
- Present and defend your design decisions, ensuring they are grounded in design thinking and fundamental principles; 
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
