UGC SMM / Creative Manager (children's toy brand) in DyvoHome

We are launching a new brand of children's toys in Ukraine and we are looking for a person who can fully take over the search, selection, communication and control of the work of UGC creators (especially young mothers with small children).

If you know the market, you can find creators who make "warm", natural and quality content and want to grow with the brand - this position is for you.

What you will do:

• Looking for UGC creators, bloggers and mothers with children to shoot videos with our toys.

• Maintain and update the database of creators: contacts, statuses, agreements.

• Communicate with bloggers: agree on filming, formats, deadlines.

• Prepare short technical tasks (what to shoot, how, in what style).

• Organize the shipment of goods for filming.

• Accept and check content: compliance with TK, quality, brand style.

• Keep a control table: who received the goods, who is at work, who submitted.

• Form the UGC content pool for TikTok and Instagram, which we will use in advertising.

• Propose new creators and formats content.

• Lead the brand's social networks

What we expect from you:

• Experience working with UGC creators or bloggers —must.

• Understanding how children's content works and why it comes in.

• The ability to find new creators, and not wait for someone to write themselves.

• Having own base of mom-creators is huge plus.

• Communication, tact, accuracy in agreements.

• Ability to meet deadlines and control the process from A to Z.

• Independence — without micromanagement.

• Ability to work with tables (Google Sheets).

Work format:

• It is possible in the office (Kyiv), hybrid or in full remote.

• Full time, fast pace, clear tasks.
