Head of construction projects in BGV Group Management

BGV Development,which is part of the structure of BGV Group management companies is wantedin the "Manager of construction projects"!

Main duties:

• Management of the construction project, technical and financial part (control over the execution of construction works, actual execution: volumes, costs, compilation of cumulative information, etc.);
• Participation in production meetings at the facilities, keeping meeting minutes;
• Organization of construction works;
• Accounting and distribution of financial flows, financial analysis;
• Conclusion of contracts;
• Execution of preparation of documents for calculation of tender offers;
• Execution of construction and assembly work schedules, schedules financing;
• Preparation of the purchase of materials and services. Monitoring of the construction materials market;
• Coordination of working groups;
• Archive of incoming project documentation;
• Participation in the preparation of construction concepts (classification, implementation plans, financial model);
• Preparation and management of budgets, financing schedules;
• Management and control over the implementation of the project portfolio (IRD, Design, Construction, Commissioning);
• Coordination work between internal and external services involved in project implementation.

Basic requirements:

• Higher construction education;
• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of regulatory and technical documentation;
• Understanding the process of conducting and organizing construction and assembly works and their implementation technologies;
• Knowledge of budgeting and project management;
• Experience in Microsoft Project 2016;
• Proficiency in PC and MS Office (formulas, summary tables).
