UAV Tech Lead in Everstar

We are currently looking forUAV TechLead - a person with a complete technical vision of BpLA, who knows how to quickly assess the viability of solutions even before the team spends months on development. In this position, you will work with UAV as a complete system: from idea and architecture to actual flights.

The role is open in the company, which is one of the largest developers and manufacturers of electronic devices for the needs of the defense forces of Ukraine.
The team consists of senior engineers who constantly improve product characteristics, test new approaches and technologies. Own production allows you to quickly implement ideas and see the results of your work in the real world.

Future duties:

• Designing and documenting system architecture, including hardware, software, and integration.
• Defining key technical characteristics such as aerodynamics, stabilization, navigation, power management, and communications.
• Organization and conduct of tests of prototypes, including simulations and real flights.
• Coordination of work with the hardware, software department.
• Management of the technical team.

Necessary skills and experience:

• Experience in the field of BpLA.
• Experience with ArduPilot or other autopilot systems for Aircraft.
• Experience in working with CAD programs mechanical components.
• Skills in working with prototyping and testing tools, including flight simulators.
• English language (level B1+) to work with technical documentation and foreign component suppliers.
