• Think strategically and you know how to transform ideas into action.
• You form a clear plan for each direction of marketing.
• You build a structure that works where everyone knows their KPIs, areas of responsibility and goals.
• You know how to lead a team behind you, coordinating designers, target specialists, copywriters.
• You control the deadlines, quality and efficiency of channels.
• You propose and test new ideas without waiting for instructions.
• You form reports and always you keep your finger on the pulse of the numbers.
  
  

You have the following experience - you are a great fit for us:

• Building marketing strategies, positioning, creating UTP.
• Working with all main channels: target, Google Ads, SEO, email, YouTube, SMM, messengers.
• Tools for "you": Google Analytics, Meta, Google Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of KPI, ROMI, CAC, LTV, CPL is not easy abbreviations.
• Team management, high self-organization and system thinking.
• Experience in B2B or auto industry is preferred.
