About the company
We are an international fintech company that creates and supports corporate payment infrastructure, integrates with banks and payment providers (PSP), and implements projects in the field of digital services and online entertainment.
Your responsibilities
Process and respond to inquiries from banks, PSPs and payment partners regarding completed transactions.
Investigate and resolve issues related to transactions, chargebacks and disputes.
Collaborate with internal teams (compliance and operations) to prepare correct information for banks and payment systems.
Keep records and reports on investigations and results.
Monitor transaction flows, identify patterns, deviations or potential risks.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders for prompt resolution questions.
Ensure timely, accurate and professional handling of all transaction-related inquiries.
Requirements
Experience in banking, payments, fintech or transaction processing.
Knowledge payment systems, banking procedures and chargeback/dispute processes.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
English is a strong working command.
Ability to communicate professionally with banks, PSPs and internal teams.
Organized, result-oriented and the ability to work with several requests at the same time.
