Tools (base)

• Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop - commercially and confidently.
• Are you interested in new AI tools in design, testing them for your own development.
• Will be a plus: After Effects, video, 3D, ability to write clearly, marketing thinking, understanding of layout/code.

What will be required to do?

• Logos and corporate styles
• Landings and sites
• Advertising creative
• And creation of other materials for marketing, advertising and PR/SMM

Conditions

• Constant flow of interesting projects from Ukraine, Europe, USA, Canada
• Salary payments twice a month, rate review 1-2 times a year

Schedule

• 9 hours a day - at your convenience:
• Most of us work from 10:00 to 19:00
• If you want - start earlier and leave earlier, or on the contrary.
• Break 1 hour - whenever you want. No rigid "from 13:00 to 14:00"

Coordination

• Every Monday - general coordination of the team at 10:00
• Daily short stand-ups (15 min)

Remote

• 1-2 days a week work outside the office is possible

Where is the office?

• m. Kyiv, Kudryavskyi Uzviz 5b — 10 minutes walk from Kontraktova Ploshcha metro station

Team

• 10 people, we work hybridsthe bottom part is in the office, part is remote.
• What we do: We "unpack" the strengths of the business, package them in an identity, site and creative, launch advertising so that the client spends less effort on sales and brand formation.
