Training Expert for the Restaurant Business (Syrve) in Smart Kafe

SMART CAFE is a Ukrainian IT company that helps restaurants automate operations, increase profits and work without chaos. Our solutions are used by leading chains across the country, and we continue to grow rapidly.

We are looking for an expert in the restaurant business and Syrve to create and conduct educational products (courses, webinars, workshops, consultations) for restaurateurs. This role is not about "lecturing" but aboutpractical utility and credibility.

Key tasks

• Repackage and develop existing online academy courses.

• Participate in the creation of new training courses programs.

• Adapt training to different formats:

  course / webinar / workshop / consultation.

• Prepare educational materials: presentations, cases, instructions, checklists.

• Conduct webinars and workshops for restaurateurs.

• Conduct individual consultations for customers.

• Update content in accordance with changes in Syrve and the market.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales on training topics and UTP.
