Our client is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Our client is a mission-driven organization in the field of children’s and adolescents’ mental health, entering a phase of institutional growth and operational scaling.

The COO will build and lead a sustainable operational system, support strategy execution, and oversee the launch and management of a physical center.

Key focus areas:

• Designing and implementing an effective operating model

• Structuring processes, roles, and accountability

• Leading operational and administrative teams

• Managing offline space operations (infrastructure, vendors, safety)

• Operational control, risk management, and reporting to CEO and Board

Requirements:

• Senior operational leadership experience (COO or equivalent)

• Experience scaling operations in growing organizations

• Hands-on experience with offline/physical projects

• Strong people management skills

• Fluent English; NGO or international experience is a plus
