Job description:

We are looking for a responsible and creative Training and Recruitment Specialist who will prepare and structure training materials, record video lessons, and recruit highly qualified specialists for of our company, as well as drafting job descriptions. Your main goal is to create effective training content, provide the company with talented employees and formalize their responsibilities through clear job descriptions.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparation and structuring of educational materials on given topics.
• Creation of training programs and plans for different levels of complexity.
• Recording of video lessons using modern technologies.
< li>Updating training materials in accordance with new knowledge and market requirements.
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure relevance and quality of content.
• Search, selection and hiring of new employees for different departments of the company.
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates for compliance with position requirements.
• Compiling job descriptions for various positions in the company.
• Creating and maintaining a candidate database.

  Requirements for the candidate:

  • Experience in the field of education or creating educational content.
  • Experience in recruiting and conducting interview.
  • Ability to present information clearly and structured.
  • Experience with video recording programs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge modern online learning methods.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  Will be an advantage:

  • Higher education in the field of pedagogy, psychology, HR or another related field.
  • Experience in online education and recruitment.
  • Knowledge of foreign languages.
