Your main task — ensuring a full sales cycle
Building long-term relationships with clients is important to us!
Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with clients via mail and instant messengers.
- Increasing sales from an established customer base
- Close cooperation with company employees to ensure timely order fulfillment (production, accounting, sales agents).
- Drawing up and providing clients with documents/photos
- Managing the order process from issuing an invoice to receiving the goods at the customer’s premises.
- Communication with logisticians and customs brokers, preparation of export documents, tracking the condition of goods at all stages.
- Control of accounts receivable.
About who we are looking for:
- You know how to easily find an approach to any client, conduct negotiations and presentations well, understand what customer service is and can provide it.
- You have an excellent sense of taste, you love feminine and elegant things, and you also have an interest in working and developing in the fashion world.
- You have exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, responsibility, resistance to stress, multitasking, and a team is also important to you.
- You have a higher education and knowledge of English at the Advanced level (must have).
- Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
- Has experience working with exports, understands all the intricacies and procedures.
- Good skills in working with 1C8 (counterparties, accounts, orders, reports, etc.).
- Experience as an account manager, KAM or in customer service, logistics is welcome.
Working conditions:
- Rate from 30,000 UAH (indexation according to the euro exchange rate, regular upward revision)
- Office near the Golden Gate metro station.
