Vacancy: Specialist in training and development

Field of activity:

• Cooperation with educational institutions, formation of partnerships; the process of attracting and selecting young specialists for training and internship programs;
• Implementation of internal professional training programs for company employees;
• Administration of training processes and reporting.

Requirements:

• System approach to work and the ability to work with a large amount of information;
• High communication and organizational skills;
• Active life position, initiative, ability to work in a team;
• Experience in the field of HR, education or corporate training is desirable.
