Recruiter in Elevate Core

We are currently looking for a Middle Recruiter who wants to work with strong clients, complex projects and grow in the direction of headhunting and international market.

What you will do

• Lead the full cycle of recruiting: from the brief with the client to the offer.

• Close technical, operational and managerial roles in Europe and the USA.

• Hunter passive candidates on LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram and niche channels.

• Collect role profile, analyze requirements, give recommendations to clients.

• Conduct press meetings and interviews, form high-quality candidate summaries.

• Maintain order in CRM (CleverStaff) and communications.

• Cooperate with the researcher and convey clear requests to him at work.

You are perfect for us, if

• You have 0.6+ years of recruiting experience (IT / non-IT).

• You know how to work with a passive market and find the "same" candidate.

• Ready to manage 3-6 vacancies in different fields at the same time.

• You can argue your position, listen, convince without pressure.

• Attentive to details, responsible and not lost in a fast pace.

• Your English is Upper-Intermediate+ (interviews, correspondence, presentations).
