We are looking for a teammate who is ready to immerse himself in the world of L&D, organize training seasons, launch new formats and make the training experience unforgettable.
Main responsibilities for a colleague in this position:
- Evaluation of the needs of the Audit department;
- Forming a vision for the year and creating an annual training calendar;
- Organizing a training season for Audit department;
- Search, support and work with internal trainers of the Audit department;
- Management of the training and development process in the Audit department;
- Supporting newcomers in the process of onboarding and training;
- Organization of external training events for Audit employees (for example, "Leadership Academy", etc.);
- Involvement in L&D compliance management (compliance with processes, we as BIG4 have to set a high bar)
- Organization and support in learning English for employees;
- Analysis of mailings from the global office of KPMG and offering relevant training to the Audit department;
- Managing the training process for Auditors. (ACCA international certification);
- Management and control of tuition fees and international certification.
- University graduate (Bachelor or above);
- Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Microsoft Teams;
- Experience in People/HR will be an advantage;
- Work experience or understanding of specifics Audit will be an advantage;
- Training skills will be an advantage;
