Main responsibilities of HRBPs:

  • Strategy and implementation of the Personnel Development Plan, based on the strategy of each relevant business unit, aimed at the development and retention of employees.
  • Implementation of employee motivation and retention programs focused on high productivity and quality.
  • Process management assessment and calibration of talents to ensure the motivation and development of personnel in order to increase performance and create quality succession plans
  • Formation of a personnel reserve to cover production needs and seasonal loads.
  • Optimization of internal communications between production and office units.
  • Development of a corporate culture that supports discipline, quality and teamwork.
  • Providing advice to line managers regarding development and implementation an individual development plan for high-potential employees in the unit.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in the relevant field of training, at least 3 years of experience
  • Knowledge of how to create strategic plans for labor resources
  • Knowledge of key HR processes for working with personnel (Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensations and Benefits)
  • Management skills by projects
  • Knowledge of human resource administration
  • Communication skills
  • Skills in using and creating KPI
  • Confident user of MS Office
