Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (hereinafter - UMPD)was created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of ensuring children's rights.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting trainings in the target communities of the Kharkiv region
- Creating a two-day regional training program on the provision of crisis/emergency social services using various methods and techniques
- Preparing visual methodological materials using presentation forms for work Project;
- Preparation and conducting of regional training for specialists in social work of communities in the Kharkiv region in order to improve the qualifications of participants in the field of social service provision of crisis/emergency intervention, by providing knowledge and skills for effective planning, coordination and implementation of social services for persons in need of support (vulnerable population groups, persons in crisis situations, etc.);
- Assessment of the level of knowledge acquisition (input/output questionnaire self-assessment);
- At the end of the regional training, reporting to the Organizer (event program, list of participants, presentation, photo, etc.).
The main tasks of the training:
- Provide an understanding of the nature of the psychological crisis: familiarization with types of crises (acute, chronic, traumatic), recognition of human reactions in a state of crisis (emotional, cognitive, behavioral);
- Consider the state standard for providing emergency/crisis intervention social services;
- Learn the basic principles and tasks of crisis intervention, with an emphasis on safety, ethics and confidentiality, especially when working with victims of domestic violence;
- To form an understanding of the organization of the intervention system at the community level, taking into account the specifics of work during the war;
- To practice the skills of conducting assessments, ensuring the safety of the recipient of the service, planning and providing support, redirecting for the necessary help during the provision of crisis intervention services in accordance with the state standard and methodical recommendations;
- Conducting 2 online consultations in the target communities of the Kharkiv region;
- Conducting offline supervision in the target communities of the Kharkiv region.
Requirements:
- higher education in the relevant field
- at least 2 years of coaching experience;
- general experience in the field of social services and social work 5-10 years;
- have positive experience in conducting activities for social service providers services from 3 to 5 years, incl. online;
- experience in developing trainings for the provision of social servicescrisis/emergency intervention;
- high level of knowledge of national legislation on protection of children's rights, creation and provision of social services;
- excellent presentation/teaching/documentation skills.
