Targetologist in Bogemiya

We invite to the team a specialist who will provide targeted applications through targeted advertising on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

Bohemia is a company with 27 years of experience, an official importer of water heating and heating equipment from leading European manufacturers. We have warehouses throughout Ukraine, a stable team and many years of customer trust.

Responsibilities:

• Creation and management of strategic advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok;
• Ensuring a stable flow of quality targeted applications in accordance with CA requirements;
• Daily reporting: number, quality and value of applications, basic analytics;
• Control of campaign effectiveness and prompt response to downturns indicators;
• Planning launches in advance, thinking about the path of the lead and maintaining the logic of the funnel;
• Testing creatives, audiences and working relationships, their optimization;
• Communication during working hours in team chats, informing about launches/stops and important changes.

Requirements:

• Experience in Meta for more than 2 years;
• Experience running ads for products with an average check of $500;
• Understanding sales funnel, lead behavior and key marketing metrics;
• Ability to work with analytics and make decisions based on data;
• Attention to details, responsibility, systematic and proactive in work;
• Ability to quickly respond to changes in campaigns and maintain stability of results;
• Completion of specialized courses on targeted advertising;
• Willingness to work offline in Lviv and be in touch during working hours.
