Trainee Support Agent (calls) in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture capital world. Together with our co-founders, we are gathering strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

Currently, we need a Trainee Support Agent for one of our portfolio companies, who can not only support the level of customer service, but also improve it.

What challenges await you in the role of Trainee Support Agent:

— Processing of incoming customer support requests via calls, chats and email (Freshdesk); needs;
— Achieving KPIs and other performance indicators set before the team
—Participating in the development of templates and proposals for improving work processes
—Maintaining the refund rate at the appropriate level;
—Maintaining work tables;
—Meetings with the team leader and the team
—Transmitting bug reports upon their independent discovery or after receiving a request from clients. 

What is important to us:

— 1+ years of experience working with clients in the English-speaking market;
— English language proficiency level B2 and above;
— Available comfortable conditions for remote work (stable Internet connection, no external noise in the room and the presence of a working computer);
— Customer orientation, openness, desire to help and solve the client's problems;
— High level of stress resistance.
