Project manager in Nestle Ukraine LLC / Nestle Ukrayina, TOV

Main responsibilities:

• Defining the structure and scope of the project, success criteria and main actions and final results.
• Development investment plan of the project and control of its implementation during the implementation of the project.
• Control over the use of budget funds for the implementation of projects.
• Analysis of project decisions, work results provided by contractors and provide comments or remarks. 
• Coordinate the involvement of  key process owners to ensure timely completion of project tasks in accordance with agreed timelines and objectives, compliance with equipment performance and all project elements.

• Project risk management at all stages of implementation. 
• Ensuring compliance with labor and environmental protection requirements at each stage of project implementation. 
• Control over compliance with design, construction and technological discipline, rules and regulations on labor protection, safety technology, industrial sanitation and fire safety, requirements of environmental protection and sanitary authorities, as well as bodies performing technical supervision. 
• Control and organization of the equipment acceptance process before and after installation, start-up, adjustment and commissioning.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (preferably - production automation, mechanical engineering, robotics or related areas).

• 3 years of project management experience.

• Experience in the production of food products will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of English at the Upper Intermediate level or higher.

• Developed planning, communication and teamwork skills interaction.
