Advertising and communication group Publicis Groupe Ukraine is looking for Trainee Sourcer/Recruiter.

Publicis Groupe in Ukraine is represented by media, creative and PR agencies Leo Burnett, MSL, Performics, Publicis Ukraine, Saatchi & Saatchi, Starcom, Spark Foundry, Zenith.

Our Trainee Sourcer/Recruiter:

• is searching candidates in various channels according to the brief
• fills and updates the candidate database
• makes job descriptions and wow messages for candidates
• conducts initial communication with candidates

Our future Trainee Sourcer/Recruiter:

• has an understanding and experience of candidate search channels (Linkedin, Telegram channels, DOU and other job resources)
• has completed courses in of recruiting/sourcing
• has English at Intermediate level and above
• wishes to gain experience in recruiting
