Production manager in Vyriy

In connection with development, we are looking forProduction Manager

What we will entrust you with:

• Managing the full cycle of production (planning, execution, control of deadlines and (quality)
• Organization and optimization of production processes
• Ensuring the implementation of production plans and indicators
• Management of the production team (masters, engineers, technical personnel)
• Interaction with engineering, purchasing, logistics and operational divisions
• Control of compliance with quality, safety and production standards disciplines
• Participation in scaling up production and implementing improvements

Requirements for the candidate:

• 3-5 production management experience years
• Understanding production processes in technical / engineering companies
• Experience in managing teams and production changes
• Ability to plan, prioritize and make management decisions
• Analytical thinking and systems approach
• Experience in optimizing production processes - will be an advantage
• Experience in miltech / defense - plus
