Trainee in HR department in Redniko, TOV

REDNIKO is a leading company in the wholesale trade of household appliances. We provide reliable supply of large and small equipment for retail chains, online stores and retail distributors throughout Ukraine.

We are currently looking for a trainee in the HR department who wants to start a career in recruiting and eventually become a full-fledged HR manager. Experience in HR is not required - we provide paid training from the first day of internship.

Your main tasks:

• Assist the HR manager in recruiting: post vacancies, review resumes, organize interviews;

• Maintain the candidate database and accompanying documentation, update information;

• Prepare and coordinate information about potential employees, maintain communication with teams;

• Participate in the organization of internal events and HR-activities, keep simple reports.

Our expectations:

• Minimum knowledge of Excel or Google spreadsheets;

• Desire to develop in the field of recruiting and HR.
