We have our own monitoring centers, rapid response crews, IT department and support service. We are constantly introducing new technologies and looking for a person to work in the chat.

What you need to do:

• Respond to requests according to the instructions: checking the status of protection, consultations, referral to specialists;

• Fixing requests in the CRM system - we will teach you everything you need;

• Observe internal communication standards (without complex terminology).
