You are our ideal candidate if:

• You understand what the "Retention rate" is and why the viewer scrolls on in the 3rd second.
• You know how to adapt dry corporate topics into a live, viral format without slipping into "cringe".
• You don't need to explain what a "hook", "trigger" and "CTA" are.
• You distinguish sketch dramaturgy (entertainment) and expert Reels (use/sale).
• Able to write scripts for both 15-second videos and storytelling formats for 60+ seconds.

Tasks:

• Generation of ideas and writing minute-by-minute scripts for clients (brands).
• Development of viral "hooks" (titles/beginnings of videos).
• Monitoring the Western market and adapting fresh mechanics to our projects.
