Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (hereinafter - UMPD) was created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of ensuring children's rights.

As part of the implementation of the initiative to organize safe housing and support evacuated families, in which orphans and children deprived of parental care are raised, who, due to the difficult situation in the country, have been moved to the western regions of Ukraine, UMPD announces a competitive selection for the involvement of coordinator(s).

Evacuate families in the Volyn region evacuated families with children, in particular orphans and children deprived of parental care, at their place of temporary residence in the Volyn region, with the aim of creating safe living conditions and meeting the basic and additional needs of families. text-decoration: none"> interaction with the administration of the project, representatives of the authorities and social services of the Volyn region;

    coordination and organizational support of supporting activities for children and families;

  • coordinating the maintenance of a safe and respectful living environment for families;

    primary response to crisis or non-standard situations at the place of placement within the limits of their competence and timely informing the relevant specialists;

  • fixing the actual needs of families and passing on relevant information to the team project;

  • keeping records and preparing reporting information to the project team;

  • observing and promoting the implementation of child protection policies, prevention of violence, exploitation and discrimination within the scope of assistance implementation;

  • fulfillment of other tasks within the scope of implementation assistance in accordance with current needs.

  • Requirements for the candidate:

    • higher education (social work, psychology, pedagogy, management, humanitarian sciences or other relevant education);

    • experience in coordination, social, administrative or humanitarian work;

    • confident command of standard computer programs (MS Office suite, Google Workspace);

    • ability to work with a large amount of information and in multitasking conditions;

    • communication, ability to work in a team and independently.

    Personal qualities:

    • attention and systematic work;

    • high discipline and responsibility;
