ATM technical support administrator in abank

JSC "A-Bank" is looking for a technical support administrator for the partner company "A-IT" ATM.

Requirements:

• Experience in monitoring and maintaining the functionality of the ATM network;
• Ability to analyze ATM node errors and communication;
• Experience in analyzing technical errors, logs and incidents, finding and implementing solutions;
• Able to communicate and control tasks for service companies;
• Correct task formulation;
• Ability to restore the functionality of ATMs (elimination of software and technical errors);
• Practical work experience with ATMs.
• Understanding ATM network architecture;
• Experience in repairing nodes and ATM as a whole *preferably Hyosung;
• Skills in testing both ATM nodes and the ATM as a whole. ATM software testing;
• Experience in updating software and ATM configurations is desirable;
• Skills in preparing technical instructions and regulations for service companies on working with ATMs and its nodes;
• Experience in processing requests (Help Desk / Service Desk). Support and communication with departments to resolve issues;
• Ability to work with photo reports, technical documentation and reporting.
