Project Manager Quality in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

We are looking for a purposeful and result-oriented project manager who will manage and develop processes to improve the quality of service for the Business Division of the corporate market. Ensure the implementation of the strategy of the service division and the achievement of the goals of the Business Division of the corporate market through the implementation of projects and initiatives.

This role has the opportunity to influence the development of service and the opportunity to grow with the role.

• Implementation and management of service development projects and initiatives;
• Analysis of indicators service quality and customer satisfaction;
• Implementation of best customer care practices;
• Implementation of changes in processes, systems;
• Initiates the implementation of cross-functional projects aimed at increasing the level of customer satisfaction, maintaining and/or increasing the Company's income;
• Controlling the process of handling complaints;
• Monitoring the status of projects, prioritization and progress of tasks;
• Analysis risks and early resolution of project bottlenecks; 
• Ensuring implementation of the project road-map.
