We are looking for a purposeful and result-oriented project manager who will lead the quality of B2B customer service in the TeleAccountManagers channel, develop this channel, highlight development areas, implement projects , which change B2B customer service for the better.
This role includes functional channel management, communication with administrative managers aimed at improving B2B customer service.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing the client base of the B2B segment in order to improve key service performance indicators;
- Managing the overall the effectiveness of the specialized direction of the TeleAccountManagers channel and the optimal use of their resources;
- Ensuring the development of the TeleAccountManagers team: adaptation of new employees, development of service skills;
- Preparation and recommendations regarding the segmentation of the LE/SME subscriber/client base (analyzes the optimal number and quality of fixed base in segments);
- Analysis of risks and early proposal of actions to solve them;
- Initiation of change of fixed bases according to previously prepared registers;
- li>Ensuring the implementation of planned direction indicators;
Necessary skills:
- 3+ years of project/channel management experience (experience in telecommunications or financial business would be an advantage);
- Strong communication skills;
- Strong data analysis and problem solving skills;

- Business orientation and focus on service metrics. Practical experience in analytics;
