IFB "Caritas of Ukraine" (CU) announces a competition for the vacant position Leading expert - analyst of the WASH / WASH program). The WASH/WASH program seeks to find an experienced specialist who can effectively use the Power BI tool for data analysis, in order to provide reporting and effective implementation of projects implemented under the direction of the program.

Main responsibilities:

• Consolidation and integration of data from KOBO in Power BI and ActivityInfo for creating dashboards of software activities. 
• Prioritization of received data according to requests.
• Creation of control panels in Power BI, configured for the specific needs and tasks of the WASH program, to provide convenient access to the necessary data.

• Design, develop, test and run Power BI scripts to ensure data acquisition for analytics.
• Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI.
• Import data and their transformation for use in dashboards.
• Interaction with the program team to understand data analytics needs.
• Collection of secondary information, its analysis and processing.
• Consolidation of large data sets for further analysis and preparation of presentations.
• Preparation of detailed analytical reports for donors, the program manager and other interested parties.
• Development of methodological recommendations for working with sets of information.

Requirements:

• Expertise in project data analysis
• Successful experience with KOBO and Power BI, ActivityInfo
• High level of proficiency with analytical tools, ability to work with large volumes of data and data visualization skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and adapt analytical tools to the needs of projects.
• Experience of working in international NGOs or cluster initiatives will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in English at a high level; 
• Proficient user of MS Power BI and Excel;
• Experience with KOBO and data integration in Power BI and ActivityInfo;
• Analytical thinking to transform data into informative visuals materials and reports; 
• Ability to use analytical tools to measure the effectiveness of strategies.
