IT Product Manager in SupportYourApp

Our product IT team is looking for an experienced Product Manager who likes to build a team, solve complex problems and refine all processes.

Product: There are some cool internal products: these are multi-channel CRM systems with integrated telephony with built-in artificial intelligence to provide support via email, phone calls and online chat; in-house web application for tracking the progress of various projects.

Team: Our team has many cool specialists: PMs, Full-Stack and Front-End Developers, UI/UX designer, Markup Developer, Manual QA and product marketing team.

What we will do:

• Manage the development team;
• Manage deadlines and resources;
• Establish stable project management processes;
• Maintain the correct load balance of developers;
• Be responsible and report on project results;
• Manage risks.

Requirements

Important and necessary: ​​

• 4+ years experience in managing development projects in IT companies;
• Practical experience with Scrum;
• Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.);
• Understanding SDLC, PDLC;
• Ability to analyze requirements and turn them into tasks for developers;
• Ability to manage and motivate the development team;
• Experience working with cross-functional teams;
• Ability to plan and manage project resources and deadlines;
• Experience in product documentation management;
• Ability to set metrics, KPI; analysis of metrics, monitoring of the current status of projects, schedule, terms, budgets and risk management;
• Good communication skills to communicate effectively with developers and stakeholders;
• Experience in solving conflicts in a team;
• Experience in backlog management;
• English level B1+;
• Structural thinking;
• Responsibility, obligation.

Will be a plus:

• Technical background in software development, which will help to understand the main technical aspects of the project;
• Cool sense of humor and love for art :)
