The leading expert is an analyst of the housing program in Karitas Ukrayini, Mizhnarodniy Blagodiyniy Fond

The Caritas International Charitable Fund of Ukraine is looking for a Leading expert-analyst of the housing program to join its team - an experienced specialist who can effectively use the Power BI tool for data analysis, in order to ensure reporting and effective implementation of projects implemented within the program.

Main responsibilities:

• Consolidation and integration of data from KOBO in Power BI, ActivityInfo, RAIS + to create dashboards of program activities.
• Prioritization of received data according to requests.
• Creation of dashboards in Power BI, customized to the specific needs and tasks of the application to provide easy access to the required data.
• Design, develop, test and run Power BI scripts to ensure that data is obtained for analytics.
• Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI.
• Import data and transform it for use in dashboards.
• Interact with the application team to understand needs for data analytics.
• Collection of secondary information, its analysis and processing.
• Consolidation of large data sets for further analysis and preparation of presentations.
• Preparation of detailed analytical reports for donors, the program manager and other interested parties.
• Development of methodological recommendations for working with sets of information.

Requirements:

• Higher education in a relevant field.
• Experience in international NGOs or cluster initiatives will be an advantage.
• Expertise in project data analysis.
• Successful experience with information tools.
• High proficiency in analytical tools, ability to work with large volumes of data and data visualization skills.
• Fluency in Ukrainian, English - at a high level.
• Proficient user of MS Power BI and Excel.
• Experience in working with databases and data integration in Power BI.
